Desde niña la historia de la fiesta de San Juan y el origen de juane me parecía bastante mórbida, pero como a mi el morbo me viene bien, la escuchaba una y otra vez... hasta que me olvidé los detalles y solo me quedé con que el juane es la representación de la cabeza servida de Juan. Será o no verdad, a mi me gusta esa historia.
Para los que no saben lo que es el Juane, este es un plato típico de la amazonía peruana hecho de arroz, especias y un pedazo de pollo con huevo y aceituna. Se sirve especialmente el 24 de junio.
